The current COVID-19 situation has required LaFramboise Well Drilling And Water Service to change policy and procedure. We have been deemed essential employees by the governors in the three states in which we do work (CT, MA, and RI) and the Department of Homeland Security. That said, we have put additional measures in place to protect our employees and (of course) our customers.

Moving forward, we ask that if it is possible and you feel comfortable doing so, you allow our employees to enter through a basement door or bulkhead to limit contact within the house.

To limit contact, we are able to take payments over the phone, or you may pay your bill on our website. You may also leave the payment in a dedicated spot on your property, and we will collect it.

If you are at high risk due to health concerns, we ask that you provide us with a phone number to which you have access so we can relay information over the phone with limited additional contact.

If you are at high risk due to your profession or recent travel out of the country, we ask that you please inform our staff upon scheduling your appointment.

LaFramboise is closely monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates as we see fit, but for the time being, we will continue to provide services to those in need and do our best to provide water to all of our customers.
